Description:
This position is located in the Indian Affairs (IA), Office of Facilities, Property and Safety Management (OFPSM), Division of Facilities Management and Construction (DFMC), Branch of Planning and Design. The incumbent reports to the Division Chief, DFMC. The mission of the DFMC is to ensure the efficient and effective stewardship of resources for new construction, renovation, and maintenance of Bureau-funded facilities.Requirements:
GS-13 :To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level performing of the following: (1) Managing a facilities planning and design program; (2) Preparing or reviewing planning and design cost estimates and/or budgets; (3) Presenting program information orally and in writing; and (4) Assigning work to subordinates in an engineering or architectural field.

Merit Promotion candidates must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the announcement closing date.
