Description Mostly service tickets, but will work install tickets too. The technician will be handling service tickets for Residential and ESJ-3 require. The technical will be able to look at the jobs through the mobile app to see when and where the technician will need to be and what the job entails. The technician will reach out to the customer when they are enroute to every job. All the inventory will be sent to the technician's house and need to make sure they are great with inventory manage
