This position is part of the NNSA - Office of Secure Transportation, Department of Energy. A successful candidate in this position will serve as a Management Analyst (Secondary)

Requirements:

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

In this secondary position, a qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NV-01, NQ-01, or GS-08. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience applying analytical methods to conduct major recruitment programs. Implement recruitment strategies, track data, coordinate and execute the OST Recruitment Program.

Examples of qualifying experience includes:
  • Experience serving in a recruitment and outreach program sufficient to advise on laws, regulations, policies and standards
  • Experience applying analytical methods and techniques to assess program effectiveness
  • Experience utilizing computer software programs in order to manage large quantities of computer-generated data
